🔢 Step Up to Kindergarten – Numbers & Math!

Did you know? Along with letters and sounds, incoming Kindergarteners will learn numbers and basic math concepts!

In Kindergarten, your child will:
 ✅ Recognize, write, and count objects 

✅ Order numbers correctly
 ✅ Begin to add and subtract numbers 

Fun ways to help at home:

• Find numbers 1–20 in magazines or newspapers, cut them out, and arrange them in order.
• Play “What comes next?” while in the car or waiting in line.
• At bedtime, count toys or books together, and try simple addition/subtraction with them.
