E-bike and e-scooter crashes involving teens are rising across Central Florida, and most happen for predictable, preventable reasons. The free Teen E-Bike Training course in Canvas teaches students what no one else is teaching them: what traffic signs and signals mean for riders, how to avoid the most common crashes, and how to ride predictably around cars, pedestrians, and friends. And because riders follow the same rules of the road as drivers, it is a head start on driving too, even for students who don't ride yet.
